Jakarta, – PT PP (Persero) Tbk (“PTPP”), a national construction and investment company under the auspices of Danantara Indonesia, has further strengthened its project portfolio in the transportation sector by securing the Advanced Revitalization Project for Terminal 1 (T1A) of Soekarno-Hatta Airport with a contract value of Rp1.19 trillion including VAT. The acquisition of this advanced project also reflects confidence in PTPP’s experience and capabilities in implementing airport infrastructure projects.

The Soekarno-Hatta Airport Terminal 1 (T1A) Revitalization Continued Project has a contract value of IDR 1.19 trillion including VAT, with an implementation period of 365 calendar days, starting from August 21, 2026.

In this project, PTPP is carrying out work covering various aspects of construction and revitalization, including preliminary , structural, architectural, interior, landscaping , mechanical, electrical, and electronic work. The scope of work is aimed at improving the quality of Terminal 1A facilities and enhancing the comfort and experience of airport users.

As one of Indonesia’s strategic air transportation infrastructures, Soekarno-Hatta Airport plays a vital role in supporting public mobility and national economic activity. The revitalization of Terminal 1A is part of efforts to develop airport facilities that are adaptive to user needs and the evolving aviation industry.

In project implementation, PTPP prioritizes technology and construction digitalization through 3D, 4D, and 5D-based modeling and information management, as well as the use of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), 3D BIM, and virtual tours . PTPP also uses Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology, including through the DSX Utility Detection Solution and Leica DS4000 Utility Detection System , to support the process of identifying underground utilities accurately and supporting safer and more measurable work implementation.

PTPP Corporate Secretary , Joko Raharjo, stated that the acquisition of this follow-up project demonstrates the trust in PTPP’s experience and capabilities in undertaking strategic infrastructure projects.

With the acquisition of this follow-up project worth Rp1.19 trillion, PTPP further strengthens its portfolio in the transportation infrastructure sector. PTPP is optimistic that the Continued Revitalization Project for Terminal 1 (T1A) at Soekarno-Hatta Airport can be implemented by prioritizing quality, timeliness, occupational safety and health, construction innovation, and the use of technology at every stage of the work.
