BERSATU Launches 76 Offer Election Manifesto for PRN Negeri Sembilan 2026

NILAI, July 25, 2026 – Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (BERSATU) has officially unveiled its election manifesto, titled “Bersatu Demi Nismilan”, outlining 76 pledges across nine strategic pillars for the upcoming 16th Negeri Sembilan State Election.

The manifesto, themed “Negeri Dijago, Rakyat Dibelo, Adat Dipeliharo” (The State Guarded, The People Cared For, The Custom Preserved), focuses on driving economic growth, elevating governance, alleviating the cost of living, and maintaining traditional customs^.

Summary of Key Manifesto Pillars and Pledges

1. Governance (Tadbir Urus Nismilan)

Implementation Oversight: Formation of a Special Committee consisting of local community leaders and professionals to monitor the full execution of all manifesto promises.
Equal Constituency Funding: Legislation to guarantee equal annual allocations for all State Assembly Members (ADUN), regardless of political affiliation.
Empowering Customary Institutions: Reviewing allowance rates and providing systematic management funding for customary leaders (Ketua Adat).

2. Economy (Ekonomi Nismilan)

50,000 High-Income Jobs: Targeting at least 50,000 new high-income jobs over five years in high-tech agriculture, high-value tourism, semiconductors, and green energy.
SME Micro-Loans: Establishing the Dana Nismilan Niaga Prihatin with RM5 million to offer interest-free micro-loans and digital transformation assistance for MSMEs.
Hawker & Merchant Relief: Full 2-year site fee exemptions for registered hawkers at morning, night, and farmers’ markets under local councils (PBT), alongside a 50% rent discount at food courts and public markets for two years.
Industrial Corridors: Development of the NS Halal Industry Corridor, NS Logistics Corridor, and expanding Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 for future-ready industries such as AI, robotics.

3. Tourism (Pelancongan Nismilan)

Niche Tourism Focus: Positioning Negeri Sembilan as a hub for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), sports tourism, and health/wellness tourism.
Coastal & Eco-Tourism Revamp: Redesigning Port Dickson as a flagship coastal destination and upgrading infrastructure around eco-hiking spots (e.g., Gunung Angsi, Bukit Batu Putih).
World-Class Theme Park: Attracting investors to build an iconic, eco-heritage-themed world-class theme park.

4. Agriculture (Pertanian Nismilan)

Productive Land Fund: RM2 million annual fund (Dana Tanah Produktif NS) to rehabilitate idle state land for high-value agriculture.
NS Ruminant Corridor: Strengthening supply networks between farms, feed suppliers, and halal slaughterhouses to boost livestock production and farmer profits.
Direct Supply Outlets: Establishing Gerai Nismilan Prihatin to connect local farmers directly with consumers to keep food prices affordable.

5. Education (Pendidikan Nismilan)

TVET Elevation: Transforming Kolej Yayasan Negeri Sembilan (KYNS) into an international-grade TVET institution with targeted free tuition.
School & Student Aid: RM2 million annual budget for the Jom Poi Sekolah cash assistance, up to RM50/month school transport subsidy for 2,000 needy students, and RM3,000 annual support grants for public school PTAs (PIBG).
Higher Education Support (Nismilan EduFund): RM25 million starting fund providing enrollment grants (RM1,500 for Degree, RM1,000 for Diploma, RM500 for Certificate/Matriculation) and up to RM2,500 laptop subsidies (Inisiatif Peranti Didik).

6. Youth (Anak Mudo Nismilan)

Digital & Innovation Hubs: Setting up the Hab Digital Nogori for tech and creative industries (animation, coding, gaming) and launching the Nogori Innovation Accelerator (NIA) with startup seed grants up to RM50,000.
Youth Agri & Gig Support: RM2 million annual fund for young agropreneurs (Tani Belia Nogori), RM2 million annual allocation for p-hailing riders (Skim Rider Nogori), and professional training for drone pilots (NS Drone Pilot) and licensed tour guides.
Newlywed Grant: RM500 assistance for eligible newlywed couples (Inisiatif Raikan Cinta Nismilan).

7. Women Empowerment (Kitanita Nismilan)

Srikandi Usahawan Nogori: Business expansion grants up to RM15,000 for female entrepreneurs.
Maternal & Single Mother Aid: Bantuan Lahir Nismilan (RM250 direct cash for newborn mothers) and Kasih Ibu Nismilan (RM1,000 annual aid for single mothers in need).
Support for Widows/Divorcees: RM300 monthly assistance for three months under Srikandi Bangkit Nogori, including counseling and skill training.

8. FELDA Communities (FELDA Nismilan)

Reviving Abandoned Housing: Resolving and expediting long-delayed New Generation FELDA Housing Projects (PGBF) in collaboration with the Federal Government^.
Land Allocation: Providing land lots for second-generation FELDA residences and addressing land inheritance and water supply issues^.

9. People’s Welfare & Infrastructure (Kesejahteraan Rakyat Nismilan)

Housing Initiatives: Setting up a RM100 million Dana Rumah Rakyat NS for affordable Rent-to-Own schemes, up to RM5,000 for first-time homebuyers, and free transit housing for youth/newlyweds.
Senior Citizen & Social Care: Skim Nismilan SilverPlus (RM300 annual assistance for seniors aged 60+), establishing Desa Emas Nismilan retirement communities, and creating the Nismilan Critical Illness Fund with RM25 million.
Public Infrastructure: Deploying the NS Road Rapid Response Team for quick road/lighting repairs, upgrading flood mitigation systems, expanding high-speed internet, and offering targeted free transport for the elderly and disabled to access medical clinics.
